Hello! First, let me just start by saying that I know that its the end of September. I had planned on doing this earlier this month but failed to do so because I suck! I still really wanted to post it though! Second, I have never done a wrap up on my blog before, this is my first! I have actually decided to start doing these every month now! Doing a review for every single book I read each month is just too time consuming and not exactly fun to me anymore! I have decided to only do reviews for books that I either really liked or disliked! No more 3 star book reviews basically!
Anyway, on to the wrap up! All Links lead to Goodreads if you'd like to know more about each book!
I read a total of 4 books in August! So it was a pretty normal reading month for me.
The first two books were a duology and that was Six of Crows and Crooked Kingdom! I will be doing a review and discussion on these two books! I absolutely loved them! When It comes to hyped books, I always end up feeling slightly let down. They don't always live up to my expectations created by the buzz they carry. However these two far exceeded those expectations! I can now officially say Leigh Bardugo is my favorite author, there is no more doubt in my mind! I gave them 4.5 stars and 5 stars!
The third book was A Little Something Different by Sandy Hall. This was a very nice, fluffy book to read after having your heart crushed (so dramatic)! Its told from 14 (?) different perspectives who all "ship" this boy and girl and want them to be together and that's basically the whole plot. It was cute and I enjoyed it just fine! 3 Stars!
And the last book that I read was The Young Elites by Marie Lu! I really liked this book! It started out a bit slow at first and even was a little predictable at times! However, towards the end I was so invested in the main characters story and that ending just destroyed me! I just have so many feels about this book and I cant wait to read the second book in the trilogy! 4 Stars!
So that's my wrap up! A very nice reading month! I will be doing September's wrap up here in a few days! What books did you read in August!?

Top Ten Tuesday!
Hello! Its Tuesday again and that means its time for Top Ten Tuesday! This feature is hosted over at The Broke and The Bookish! This weeks topic is simply your Fall TBR! I don't tend to make TBRs simply because I never stick to them but there are some books that I 100% plan to read this Fall!
1. One Dark Throne by Kendare Blake.
I have been anticipating this one all year! And it finally came out today and yes, I have already started it! Literally cleared my reading schedule for it! I loved the first book and if you'd know more about that, my review is here!
2. The Language Of Thorns by Leigh Bardugo.
This is my second most anticipated book of the year! I mean its based in the Grisha world and Leigh keeps teasing that a character from the first trilogy makes a cameo... I cant even!! One more Week!
3, 4, and 5. The rest of the Raven Cycle by Maggie Stiefvater.
I adored the first book, The Raven Boys and I can't wait to finish the series! I plan to marathon read the other three books in October cause they give just that perfect amount of spookiness that I'll be craving!
6. The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern.
This book I'm not to sure about yet! I wanna try and read it this Fall but i'm not sure yet! If not, maybe during winter!
7. At least one Sarah J. Maas book!
I've never read one of her books and I'd like to give it a try! Theres a lot of hype so we'll see how it goes!
8. Deathless by Catherynne M. Valente.
I have been curious about this one for some time! I hear its a hard read but I'd still really like to give it a go!
9. Vicious by V.E. Schwab.
I read A Darker Shade of Magic by Schwab last week and honestly wasn't impressed. I have heard that more people find this book better so I hope I like it! I mean, its about villains so it should be right up my alley!
10. I wanna re-read a book!
I haven't re-read any books this year (more like the last couple years) and I'd really like too! I haven't decided which one yet! I just know its gonna be a favorite!
So that is my list and here's to hoping that I stick with it! What books are on your fall TBRs!!?

Top Ten Tuesday
Hello! I'm back this week for TTT! I missed last week's but am ready for this one! Top Ten Tuesday is a feature hosted over at The Broke and The Bookish and you can check out there blog for upcoming topics! This weeks topic is Books that you had a hard time getting into! I'm gonna cut my list in have and first list the ones I ended up not liking and the other half as the ones I ended up loving!
Did not like.
1. City Of Ashes by Cassandra Clare. It took me forever to get into this book and I actually don't even remember if I ended up finishing it... I remember some of what happens but most of it is a blur.
2. Looking for Alaska by John Green.
It took me about two months to finally get through this book! And at the end, I was left so unsatisfied and just disappointed!
Another one that took me over two months to finish! It was so slow and underwhelming!
4. Tell Me Lies by Jennifer Cruise.
I loved the first book I read by her but this one was incredibly boring and the main character started making bad choices that I just couldn't understand! I actually ended up DNFing it!
5. We Were Liars by E. Lockhart.
I wrote a review on this one here... I cant even remember how long it took me push through this one. I just remember it being a long time...
Ended Up Loving
6. Raised By Wolves by Jennifer Lynn Barnes.
I adore this series but the first book was a little hard to get into!
I actually just finished this book and I loved it! However when I first started it, I did have a little trouble wanting to read it! I might have been in a book slump though!
8. The Beast Is An Animal by Peternelle Van Arsdale.
This book in general is kind of slow and didn't have much action to it so that might have been why it took me so long to get into but I ended up loving it in the end!
9. Wintersong by S. Jae-Jones.
Another book that had a slow pace but again, by the time I finished it, I loved it!
10. Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo.
Believe it or not, I struggled a bit when I first began reading this beauty! It might have been that I was hesistant to start it in the first place because of my love for The Grisha Trilogy! It took me a little longer than I expected but oh boy, did I love it when it was done!
And that's my list! What are some books that gave you all a hard time!?
